Spørck Tileart tiles are perfect for indoor and outdoor tile installations. They can be cleaned just like a dirty ceramic dish and they can withstand the cold, just like the tiles in an outdoor swimming pool in Northern Michigan. In fact, you are better off using Spørck Tileart tiles because we still do somethings the old fashioned way and it shows with our bright colors and nearly 500+ designs, Good Luck finding a tile maker that even comes close to our selection.
What is the process to have a new backsplash made using Spørck Tileart tiles? First, do not let the "experts" fool you! One of the unique qualties of Sporck Tileart tiles is that they are not perfectly square...of course they are not...they are handmade! THIS DOES NOT PREVENT MY TILES FROM BEING USED IN A BACKSPLASH. Any tile intaller with a minimal amount of skill can cut tiles with a saw to make mine fit. However, this is not necessary if you have Spørck Tileart make your field tiles. A 6" X 6" field tile backsplash will fit any of these tiles and no cutting would be required. Sporck Tileart can make 6" X 6" field tiles for you. If you are interested send me a message.
